"We had a really enjoyable stay with Glen and Alison who went out of their way to make us feel at home when we arrived, tired and weary. We had tea and cake, chocolates in our room, fun watching the rugby together, shared experiences over a good breakfast. It was a home from home where we could relax and unwind. Thank you for making us so welcome."

"Lovely B&B."

"This homestay has an amazing garden which merges with the surronding bush on the hillside the house is located on. Being higher up it has views out over the Tasman Sea. Allison and Glen were very friendly hosts sharing their home with us and providing lots of information about the area and where to eat. Our room was cosy and comfortable with all the facilities we required. Breakfast was a Continental one and very filling. We wish had been able to spend more than one night at Maryglen. If you like gardens and nature this is definitely the homestay for you."

"TRUE KIWI HOSPITALITY and a lovely home with view of Tasman Sea and tree ferns. Most friendly and informative hosts. We will return Allison and Glen, thanks so much for all the special little touches to make a memorable stay."

"We stayed here on 18/20 February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is lovely and the room very comfortable. Allison and Glen made us very welcome, and we appreciated the help with booking a scenic flight from Greymouth, further b and b bookings, and all the useful brochures and advice. The breakfasts were excellent and generally we felt very at home and would definitely stay here again on any future visits."
