"The liners, steamers, all sorts of craft slid into or out of the harbour. The view from our sitting room surpassed that from the bed-room. Peg's set up is better than any boutique hotel. And access to some of her very readable books including two by Crumpy ( betcha his sister was a crumpet ). Thanks also for carting us along to your church on the Sunday, Peg. Next time we're in Wellington, guess where we'll turn up! For the 'panoramic' view."

"First, the adventure of driving up those fantastic windy steep roads, then the warm energetic welcome from Peg, then the comfortable room and the yummy breakfast. But perhaps most of all, the panoramic view, in all probability the best view I will ever get from a house. Then I left with more good advice about what to see around town before I left for the next part of my road trip around the lower North Island. Thanks Peg, I really enjoyed my stay."

"My husband and friends had the pleasure of staying with Peg, the host, for a few days over the Christmas holiday, 2011. Peg is truly a fantastic hostess-she makes you feel like part of her family and she is just so fun and energetic! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed waking up to some of the most beautiful views and exploring the city of Wellington. A trip to Wellington, NZ, will most definitely require a stay with Peg at Panorama to make your trip that much more memorable!"

"We had a wonderful time staying with Peg. She is the most wonderful host. She greeted us like long lost friends and we certainly left feeling like we were her best friends. The views from this accommodation were absolutely amazing. I was waking up in the middle of the night just to admire the view. We had a wonderful time here with a very helpful host in Peg and sincerely hope to stay with her again. Thank you for your advice Peg , of what to see and we are so glad we went to Te Papa."

"Breathtaking view, wonderful hospitality, outstanding breakfast, and Peg makes it very special. By far the best B&B we've ever visited. Highly recommended."

"Very helpful hostess with a magnificently situated house. Welcomed us at 9.30am - we had just arrived from Australia, tea, food, advice and friendship. Rooms very clean and tidy and in excellent condition. Only (slight) drawback, lift out of action due to repairs - not a problem to us. The more elderly - I am 70 - might have a little trouble with cases if this happened during their stay. Breakfast excellent, hostess entertaining. On hearing that we had paid $35 taxi fare from the airport she took us there in time at no cost. In summary, great place, hostess (Peg) and food. No complaints whatever, would recommend to anyone."
