"We liked the welcoming tone of the advert and were not disappointed. It is a beautifully furnished house, we were made very welcome and enjoyed two excellent evening meals - as well as the breakfasts."

"Wendy was a great host, unbelievably friendly and generous. Ashley Park is so beautiful and relaxing. We slept late, had a huge and amazing breakfast, wandered around the lake, checked out all of the animals, spent some time in the teahouse, explored the great museum and had a leisurely day. I would definitely recommend staying here at the B&B. It was a great beginning to our honeymoon!"

"My husband and I recently stayed at Ashley and had a wonderful experience. We were in the main house with the host, Wendy, who was delightful. A recent review mentioned a clock that chimed throughtout the night, but we found no evidence of any such disturbance. Do visit for a day or a night if your schedule allows."

"We found Ashley Park a fascinating place to stay - plenty to look at and pretty places to stetch your legs. The grounds a very extensive. A great place for a day visit with the family too. The B&B in the gracious residence is lovely as is host Wendy. However, if you are light or poor sleeper the antique grandfather clock in the hall chimes hourly throughout the night. If this doesn't bother you it is wonderful!"

"No hesitation to recommend the facilities or if we had to go back. Delightful host. Stayed in motel 1st visit but decided to stay in house for the rest of our visits. Always enjoyed Wendy's greeting when we arrived. Ideal location for our tracking in Waverley."
