"I would certainly stay at Marg's again if I am down that way. A delightful host, a lovely room very comfortable and great en-suite. Topped off with a delicious breakfast including home made jams and stewed fruit . Thank you Marg."

"Staying with Marg was one of the highlights of our trip all over NZ. Everything was a delight in terms of handy location, comfort, cleanliness, value for money and, best of all, the hospitality. Talk about a home from home! Fantastic home cooking rustled up from produce from an amazing garden - the garden tour we had was a sightseeing experience in itself! Marg is great company, plus she gave us helpful advice about getting around and what to see. We can warmly recommend a stay here."

Monica French, 02/03/2015

"Marg is an ideal host and very welcoming. She knew we wanted to see the blue penguins coming in to roost and organised a delicious quick meatloaf meal and directed us back to see them in time - delightful. Lovely kitchen garden effectively used - a few handy tips taken back with us. Very comfortable and well appointed bed room. Everybody we met in New Zealand has gone out of their way to be welcoming and informative, including Marg."
