"Grants Farm is a little slice of heaven, a real treasure. There is an aura of calm and peace about the place, yet it's only a few minutes drive from Dunedin and Mosgiel. The accommodation is modern inside (don't judge a book by it's cover!) and was spotless for our stay. The hosts are charming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble including supplying fresh home baked muffins for breakfast! As an aviation enthusiast, I also loved the home-built aircraft kept in a hangar on the farm, and the bird life is incredibly varied. Highly recommended, don't pass this one up!"

"Grant's Farm is a really peaceful place to stay yet only ten minutes from Dunedin city centre. Tom and Jeanette were wonderfully warm and kind hosts. Jeanette baked fresh croissants or muffins each morning and put them in for our breakfast. Along with eggs from the chickens we could see from our apartment - food doesn't come any fresher! Our accommodation was really spacious and clean, with everything you would need for any length of stay. It was a real pleasure to stay on this small working farm listening to the birds and animals all around us. We were sorry to leave when the time came to move on. A few days staying with the Grant's is thoroughly recommended as the ideal way to unwind and relax."

"Grants Farm is the perfect place to stay. The accomodation is lovely, self contained with a big sitting room, kitchen, bedroom with a big bed, quality linens and a good mattress, a spotlessly clean bathroom, it is all just great. There is a verandah you can sit and gaze at the lovely rural view. Jeanette and Tom are just lovely people, every morning Jeanette pops round with home made muffins, croissants etc (yummy), and you can chat to Tom about his planes which he built and flies from the farm. It is rural yet only 10 mins from Dunedin in the car. We loved it here and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommended."
