"We spent four nights at Arapiki. The unit was perfect for the two of us. The facilities gave us the ability to cook. Everything was clean and compact and convenient. The general decor and ambience were comforting. The location was perfect for exploring Nelson city and the surrounds. The unit was also handy to local services including two supermarkets. The historic Isel House and gardens are within walking distance and are well worth a visit. The Arapiki gardens are a delight and the setting was private and quiet....just perfect for recharging the batteries. Kaye and Geoff were friendly and suggested a variety of things to do in Nelson. "My wife and i stayed at the Arapiki Nelson for 3 weeks in Jan / Feb this year and enjoyed every minute of it. Geoff and Kay were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. The appartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is a spacious appartment with the extra benefit of having a private garden area with deck facilities. If you are looking for accommodation in the Nel;son area we would not hesitate to recommend Arapiki and certainly hope to return here someday soon Alan & Maureen Wilson & ."

"I had a lovely stay in Arapiki, Nelson. Geoff and Kay made me feel welcome but allowed me the privacy and freedom I needed to relax and feel totally at home. Added to this, they were friendly, flexible and willing to accomodate my needs. It is a place l looked forward to returning to after the day exploring the lakes, parks and mountains surrounding Nelson. The apparment was clean, spacious and well appointed with practically everything ( bed, living space, kitchen, dining area and shower room) I needed for my stay. The deck, set in lovely well laid out grounds, made it a great place to sit and eat or have a drink. I chose them after emailing them personally to get some more information and was really impressed with their response. They made me feel like I would be welcome. I would gladly recommend their accomodation to anyone and would myself return to stay there in the future."
