Property Description

Hakea Hill House at Parapara in Golden Bay is our modern, spacious two-story home. Two guest rooms have outdoor balconies; a third room for children has bunk beds and a cot. American and New Zealand electric outlets are installed. Television and tea or coffee are available in the main guest rooms. Telephone and broadband are by arrangement. Vic, a retired physician, has an interest in astronomy and all forms of engineering and electronic design. Liza is an accomplished fabric artist, quilter and tutor. Our adult children have flown the coop. We are situated a five minute drive from good swimming beaches. Guests may also readily visit other delights and attractions of Golden Bay, its own enchanting microcosm of New Zealand. We have almost everything you will find elsewhere except the hustle and bustle!
