Above the Bay is furnished in a French style has its own private access and secluded garden area with a stunning view of the Bay, for you to relax in and enjoy romantic breakfasts, listen to the birdsong of Tui and visits from the Weka’s. You can also help yourself to the lemons and oranges growing in the garden.
The accommodation offers a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities complimentary drinks (inc.herbal teas), microwave and fridge. The luxurious en-suite, has a bath for relaxing and a separate shower. The suite is air-conditioned and features a comfortable Queen size bed, flat screen TV, dinning area and two comfortable armchairs. For your comfort you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. WiFi and cell phone coverage is good at all times.
Continental breakfast comprises of fruit juice, muesli or cereals, delicious fresh local fruits, fresh rolls and home-made jam. On arrival you can enjoy home baking over a cup of tea whilst gaining knowledge of recommended activities and restaurants close by from your hosts Lynn and Ash who can book these for you. They have a dog called Meg who loves to be patted.
Nelson is just a 5 min drive from above the Bay and has some of 15 mins from Nelson Airport. Nelson has New Zealand’s most inspired wines, pristine beaches, captivating sunsets and sunniest climate, just waiting for you.
