"We give a big 9 for our stay, the last two days of a wonderfull holiday in New Zealand! Room exellent, clean, nice dogs, but Kay and Brian were wonderfull! Had a nice glass of wine, and a nice time talking with them about the various travels they made! Coming back for our next visit!"

"Perfect place to stay and Kay and Brian perfect hosts. Leinster really is home from home, so clean, comfortable and friendly. Our whole New Zealand experience was amazing and the last two nights with Kay and Brian made it even more special."

Brian & Ann Hurley, 28/01/2015

"What a delight to spend time with Kay and Brian, not forgetting Monty the dog. We were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness, immediately offered a glass of wine and invited to share our experiences of travelling. Our room was large and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. The house was convenient to transport and shops, whilst being in a quiet road. Breakfast was a pleasant, relaxed occasion when we were offered suggestions of where to go and what to do. A really lovely end to a wonderful time in New Zealand."

"We could not have enjoyed our final night in N.Z. more than staying with Brian and Kay. They are a very hospitable couple and most helpful in every way. We couldn't have wished for more. We had a quiet, large, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with all our needs catered for. Leinster Rd is very well located in a very nice area with restaurants in Merivale just a short walk away and 10 mins from the City Centre and the Airport. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone if they enjoy quality, comfort and a lovely host and hostess! We hope to be lucky enough one day to return!"

"We stayed 3 nights with Kay and Brian who made us feel at home immediately, welcoming us into their lovely home and inviting us to watch the cricket on t.v. and join them for a glass of wine. They were excellent hosts, offering us helpful advice on local restaurants and the best routes to the station and airport. Our en suite room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, and breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice. Leinster is very well located, with restaurants at Merivale just a short walk away, and only a 10 minute drive from the city centre and the airport. By the time we came to leave, we felt as if Kay and Brian were old friends, and we recommend Leinster unreservedly. If we are fortunate enough to visit NZ again,we will certainly be back."

"We stayed with Brian and Kay in Feb 2012 and could not have asked for better hosts or more comfort! The quality of accommodation is excellent and the advice we were given by Brian and Kay was invaluable. They were so welcoming and friendly - it was a terrific introduction to New Zealand and we hope to return. We highly recommend Leinster B&B."

"Very central and within easy walking distance to Merivale shops and restaurants. Extremely hospitable hosts even inviting us to join them for wine before we went out for dinner. "We've just returned from New Zealand with our last stop in Christchurch. We want to thank you for the wonderful referral to Leinster Home
Stay with Kay and Brian Smith. We enjoyed our stay with them immensely as they are just the type of people who should be in the B&B
business! You can rest assured that referrals to Leinster Home Stay will be appreciated by anyone passing through Christchurch. I'm not
sure everyone in the B&B business does this, but understand the Smiths also host on a longer-term basis as well; perhaps this is additional
information you'll find helpful in placing NZ/Christchurch visitors.
We had not expected it would be difficult to find a place to stay in Christchurch, and thank you very much for the extra effort in helping us!"
