Secluded yet central! Two new purpose built luxurious ensuite guestrooms with private entrance, guest-only lounge, dining and outdoor living area. Decor is simple yet stylish, lounge opens onto courtyard and garden. We live upstairs in split level home with our two children. Peter is a mechanical engineer and I was in hospitality management while working in London, England. We enjoy your company and combine interaction with discretion or you can have the privacy of your own space. Redwood Forest on your doorstep, city and lakes 5 minutes with Rotorua's many attractions very accessible. All our guests have enjoyed our personal service and quality recommendations. Full Breakfast, laundry facility, safe off-street parking, free internet access. No sulphur smell. Great reviews on www.tripadvisor.com, Travelbug, Bookit. "We had the most wonderful time at the Redwoods B&B. Vivien went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and made the most of our time in Rotorua, she even went as far as showing us a few of the city attractions herself! The breakfast was delicious and the house comfortable, clean, and quiet; the perfect recipe for a relaxing time away. We found Vivien to be a devoted host, and very interesting to talk to with an astounding knowledge of local sights and attractions."
