"When we arrived there was an European flag in front of the house, in a quiet and very smart district. What a welcome! Tineke and Peter is very thoughtful, and of a big kindness. Of very good advice for the activities and the restaurants in the surroundings. We really felt in family. They speak French of a correct level, which is rather rare in New Zealand! The house exceptional, very well held, the bedroom is upstairs, and is spacious The well served breakfast, with a fresh fruit salad prepared by Peter, in a dining room with a tasteful decoration We were entitled to the apéritif 2 evenings, with an excellent white wine. As we were going to make the tongariro crossing, Peter had to get up at about 5 o'clock in the morning prepare us the breakfast, the shuttle being at 6:10 am. Really we shall keep one of best wishes of New Zealand Tineke and Peter thank you so much ! Merry Christmas and happy new year 2017 !"

"Tineke and Peter made us very welcome in their well appointed home. The spacious guest accommodation is ideally located in a separate part of the house, with lots of information about the locality provided. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee and a different cooked dish each of the two days we were there. We also enjoyed two evening meals out in Turangi as a result of their recommendation!"
