The location was restful yet very handy overall, and just up the road from beach, cafes & restaurants. Being thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished, the apartment was delightful to stay in. The free WiFi was really helpful. The security lights were most welcome when we returned after nightfall. Overall we had a great three days and would have stayed longer if time had permitted. We had intended to re-visit the local German restaurant just down the road, that we had enjoyed on a previous visit to Auckland, but visiting family absorbed most of our time. Kohimarama Beach is a lovely neighborhood and should you occasionally want more buzz then glitzy Mission Bay is on your back doorstep, just half a km along Tamaki Drive.""
