We offer quality bed & breakfast, opposite a beach for the relaxing break you deserve on route to Northland. Judy and Brian give friendly, personal hospitality in a very convenient location. Handy to shops, markets, cinema, beaches, golf courses and a leisure centre complex with heated swimming pool. Easy walks to surf, tennis and squash clubs. RSA 5 minutes away. Gulf Harbour Marina for ferries, fishing and sailing. Restaurants/bars/cafes for all tastes and occasions 5-15 minutes away. Sorry no pets. Children over 12 welcome.

Just across the road from the gorgeous Red Beach. Orewa town center and beach locality is only 5 minutes away. Shakespeare Regional Park, Wenderholm Regional Park and Gulf Harbour Marina and Ferry Service to Auckland are a short driving distance. Silverdale Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away. The Te Ara Tahuna walkway/cycleway is nearby.

"The room we had was nicely furnished and a door to the garden where you could enjoy a drink. Brian was very friendly and nothing too much trouble. He had the breakfast nicely set up in their dining area, white table cloth good cutlery and plenty of choice for cereals, jams etc. he also cooked eggs for us. Free wifi a bonus and Foxtel tv. Would definitely recommend this B and B it was far better than any of the motels we looked at and a better price."

"We stayed with Judy and Brian for a night on our way north, we enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to stay again on our way south. The rooms we stayed in were very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightfully presented and there was plenty of variety. Most of all we enjoyed Judy and Brian's company, they put on no pretenses, they made us feel at home and were a delight to be with. No real negatives, the rooms were on the small side, but not uncomfortably so, the pricing seemed about right to us."

They welcomed us with great hospitality, their accomodation is beautiful and very well presented. Any advice on anything they were more than happy to help. The beach, only a stones throw away is gorgeous.... "Hibiscus House at Red Beach Orewa N Z. Is a comfortable, quality B&B close to Auckland . The rooms are lovely and Clean, and with hostess Judy greeting us on our arrival, it just felt good from the start. The beach is only a 2 minute stroll away, with shops and good resturants only a short drive. the continental breakfast was more than ample and provided a wide selection of cerals and fresh fruit. etc... We would certainly recommend this B&B to all travellers . Thankyou Judy and Brian you will see us again, and we will pass on your address to friends and family. Kind regards, John and Gilda.
