Welcome to my home in a peaceful setting surrounded by a bush reserve with panoramic views of Wellington harbour and Hutt River. 15 /20 min to Ferry terminal 25/ 30 mins to Airport. 15mins by train or car to central Wellington to visit Parliament, Botanical Gardens, Cable Car, Te Papa, Zealandia, . Alternatively hike in the Regional Parks or play golf on nearby courses. At the end of the day relax in the garden with a view to the sea. The bush surrounding the property is frequented by our native birds, the TUI, KERURU, FANTAIL GREY WARBLER. Enjoy tea/coffee facilities with home baking in the conservatory. Tours arranged, Airport/Ferry transfers. Laundry available, Off street parking.
