You have your own deck and sitting room with TV and refreshments. 5 min walk up to Mt Victoria or 15-20 minute walk down to Oriental Bay, the city, theatres, galleries and Te Papa: the Museum of New Zealand. Taste NZ in the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Ferry/Airport 10 minutes, city 5 minutes drive. AND you can park right at our door! Wireless Internet available.

"First, the adventure of driving up those fantastic windy steep roads, then the warm energetic welcome from Peg, then the comfortable room and the yummy breakfast. But perhaps most of all, the panoramic view, in all probability the best view I will ever get from a house. Then I left with more good advice about what to see around town before I left for the next part of my road trip around the lower North Island. Thanks Peg, I really enjoyed my stay.
