Our immaculate 40m2 self contained guest house with private outdoor patio deck is set next to a 1910s character villa and is centrally located in the picturesque Historic Claudelands area of Hamilton. Experience great shopping, theatre or a meal in one of the city's many fine cafes and restaurants without having to worry about finding parking or driving. Close to beautiful parks and river walks and only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Hamilton Gardens and Waikato and Braemar Hospitals.

The unit has a private entrance and is separate from the main house for your privacy. Your hosts Maree and Jonathan have stayed in varied accommodation around the world and understand what it takes to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rate includes a light continental style breakfast consisting of cereal, toast and condiments, milk, juice and seasonal fruits. A selection of teas and Moccona coffee is provided with our compliments.
