Ray and Jessie offer both Bed and Breakfast and self contained cottages located at Lake Manapouri. Our B&B is located on our 5 acre farmlet along with our one bedroomed self contained cottage Kepler Mountain View Cottage. Stunning views of the Kepler, Hunter and Takitimu Mountains can be savoured from B&B guest rooms, large decks and the cottage both inside and in the outdoor living areas.
On our 5 acre property we run 5 pet alpacas and Wiltshire sheep and guests are usually welcomed by our tabby cat Tiger although Tiger is forbidden to joiin guests in the bedrooms!
In the Manapouri township in a quiet cul-de-sac are our 2 new cottages purpose built for holidays - No 16 Motu-Au Close is suited to either a couple or 2 couples travelling together with the 2 queen bedrooms seperated by the living area. No 18 Motu-Au Close is our new 3 bedroomed cottage (little house really) with master bedroomed ensuited leaving the main bathroom to the other guests.
Extensive outdoor lviing ares are provided at all three cottages along with gas BBQs to enjoy those long summer evenings. All cottages have full laundry facilties including clothes dryers and outside lines.
