Private upstairs unit, underfloor heating and full size snooker table. Close to the Mataura River which is world famous for Trout Fishing, 18 hole Golf Course and Native Bush Walks. A perfect base for sightseeing Southland and attending the NZ Gold Guitar Awards, Waimumu Fieldays and the Hokonui Fashion Awards.
