All rooms have ensuites and views over the Estuary.We have a small friendly dog and cat who enjoy company.The B&B has extensive decked areas and a spa for the enjoyment of guests. BBQ facilities are available on the decked area along with comfortable seating and lovely views to the estuary.The facilities include a guest kitchen,(fully equipped), laundry,guest lounge with sky and large screen TV,Dvd's indoor games,tennis court,netball hoop,pushbikes and canoes.The bedrooms all have free to air TV with built in Dvd and wall mounted screens.Picnic lunches provided by arrangement,and package deals negotiable.
