Welcome to our elevated character bungalow, refurbished for your comfort whilst retaining its olde world charm.We have three rooms all with ensuit bathrooms.We cater for twin singles/couples and singles. Our property consists of an extensive spa/bbq, garden area for you to relax in and enjoy views to the Richmond Ranges. We provide free cycles for you to enjoy the local wine trail, a complimentary transfer service from the airport/bus and train. We also provide free wireless broadband internet service. We both enjoy gardening, motorcycling and our Border Collie dog Jasper.

"Diane and Robert provided everything we needed and made us feel very much at home. The property is full of flowering plants and trees. We stayed here, twice, and both rooms were very comfortable and clean. They provided suggestions and were very helpful when we had some mail/business issues. The bikes (a great bonus for a B&B) we used to tour the wineries were well maintained and made the value for money exceptional. Also a grill was available along with a hot tub.
