Brian & Shona welcome you to their private, spacious, and modern new home on a 12 acre lifestyle property with uninterrupted panoramic views. Private upstairs unit, underfloor heating and full size snooker table. Close to the Mataura River which is world famous for Trout Fishing, 18 hole Golf Course and Native Bush Walks. A perfect base for sightseeing Southland and attending the NZ Gold Guitar Awards, Waimumu Fieldays and the Hokonui Fashion Awards. Interests - golf, fishing, snooker, horse riding and dog trialing, gardening, music and wine tasting. We have Horses, Sheepdogs and Sheep. Horse and Dog facilities available. "We enjoyed our stay with Shona & Brian and from the moment we arrived we were so welcomed into their beautiful home. We had dinner with the hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our night and to have a home cooked meal was the best. We would definitely stay again with Shona & Brian and be spoilt again.
