Quite frankly it was impossible to find any areas for improvement, great facilities, excellent breakfasts and very friendly hosts including Chester (their dog)

From the warm welcome to the wonderful comforts of home and it felt like we had known Kay and Brian for years.(First time there)The food was stunning.Chester the dog was a super character to.We rated it (and still do)as the best BNB we have been to. We have it at the top of our list should we be fortunate enough to get back to NZ

Very central and within easy walking distance to Merivale shops and restaurants. Extremely hospitable hosts even inviting us to join them for wine before we went out for dinner. Felt like home away from home. Excellent location; close to downtown Christchurch, within easy walking distance of Merivale shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes away from the airport.

This was an exeptional B&B. Kay gave us homemade muffins and bowls of berries and other fresh fruit.

We enjoyed our stay with them immensely as they are just the type of people who should be in the B&B<br>business! You can rest assured that referrals to Leinster Home Stay will be appreciated by anyone passing through Christchurch. I'm not<br>sure everyone in the B&B business does this, but understand the Smiths also host on a longer-term basis as well; perhaps this is additional<br>information you'll find helpful in placing NZ/Christchurch visitors.<br>We had not expected it would be difficult to find a place to stay in Christchurch, and thank you very much for the extra effort in helping us!
