Close to Rotorua and all its attractions and yet away from sulphur fumes and traffic. This beautiful villa, was originally built in Auckland in 1906 and shifted to this idyllic site in Rotorua, 90 years later.
The restoration project took 2 years and John and Anneke now enjoy sharing it with travellers from around the world. The large gardens around the villa are home to many native birds. Views over green pasture towards lake Rotorua, Mt Ngongotaha and Tarawera.
Breakfast which includes home baked bread and mueslii, yoghert and a choice of preserves, fresh fruit salad and a hot dish , tea, fresh coffee and a choice of fruit juices,is served in a beautiful room with stained glass windows.
Toiletries, hair dryers, robes , electric blankets and heaters as well as coffee/tea making facilities in all rooms.
