Double bedroom, private bathroom and private lounge
Share half a large modern house with one other, full private use some of the time as I travel for my work! 3 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms and 2 lounges.
Fully furnished double bedroom with TV, use of large bathroom next to the double bedroom, also private use of the downstairs lounge with TV.. Free Wifi access! New bedroom suite!
Full use of Kitchen, laundry and all appliances, I don't use the Kitchen much!
Everything provided, just bring your clothes. Contential breakfast provided, fruit, cereal, toast, help yourself basis, as I'm not always here. Juice, tea and coffee available!
Situated on the edge of a beautiful park, with park outlook, close to Botany Shopping Plaza and Howick Village, 2 min walk to the bus stop that will take you to the City, there is also a Ferry to the City from Bucklands Beach Marina
The property is located 20min from Auckland International Airport, 30min from Auckland CBD
Close to the local beaches Eastern Beach, Bucklands Beach and the Whitford countryside. Great restaurants and theaters within walking distance.
The local supermarket is a 5 min walk.
I have information on the local takeaways that deliver, incase you arrive in the evening.

Bus service from Auckland Airport.
From the International Airport take bus number 375 to the Botany Plaza, then take a Howick and Eastern bus,( from the same bus stop), bus number 575 to Whitford Road, from here it is a 2min walk to the house.
Rental car available from a local leasing company, it's $30 a day for a Nissan Hatchback, including gst and insurance! It will be delivered to the door and collected. Nice reliable car, please confirm it is available on the dates you require.
There is a cat living here, but if I'm not around, she will be at a relations house, she is a very lovely Siamese cat, called Chino :)
