| The Drury Homestead is a wonderful old colonial house, built in the 1860s and lovingly restored by your hosts Carolyn and Ron. With 4 beautifully decorated rooms to choose from where would you like to sleep? Upstairs looking out over the creek and bush is The River Room with queen-size bed and en suite. Dunedin has magnificent views across the countryside, a queen bed and en suite. Cape Reinga has twin king-single beds and it's own bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and claw-foot bath and oh what views from the bath! Downstairs is The Lily Room, a self-contained studio with kitchen facilities , a queen size bed and en suite and own entrance and verandah. Ideal for a longer stay. We also have a cot and pull-out beds available for children. We offer a discount for those staying 3 nights or more. We are situated on a rural block, minutes from the motorway, 35 minutes from Auckland CBD and 20 minutes from the airport. Set amidst paddocks with surrounding bush and a stream, the only noise you will hear are the birds and the sound of the tumbling stream. We love our lifestyle here and would like to make your stay in New Zealand a truely memorable one. The guest lounge is the perfect retreat or somewhere you can get to know Ron!
